Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tegeo Health processes personal data collected through the website tegeo.health, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is AEF Delta S.r.l. (sole shareholder company), trading as Tegeo Health. Registered office: Via Marmolada 5, 20044 Arese (MI), Italy. A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been appointed, as the company is not required to do so under Article 37 GDPR.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us, plus the technical and analytical data needed to run the site securely and understand its usage:

  • Contact data, when you email us at info@tegeo.health or when you submit a request through the form on our website: your name, email address and anything you include in your message or in the form fields.
  • Booking data, when you book a call through our online booking page (OneCal): your name, email address and any details you add to the request.
  • Technical data, collected automatically: IP address, browser type, and data generated by strictly necessary cookies and server logs, used to deliver and secure the site.
  • Analytical data, collected via Google Analytics 4 only if you give your explicit consent through our cookie banner: aggregated usage data (such as pages visited and time spent on the site) to help us improve our services.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiries and to arrange and hold the call you request, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the website functioning and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Booking data is used solely to manage and hold that call. We do not use it for newsletters, marketing or any other purpose.

4. Cookies

The site uses two types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary (technical) cookies: a security cookie set by our CDN provider, a hosting cookie, and a session cookie. These are required for the site to work and to stay secure. Under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent.
  • Analytical cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistics about website traffic. These cookies are only set if you give your explicit consent via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. You can change your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Manage Cookie Consent" link in the footer of this website.

5. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, as data processors:

  • Lovable, website hosting and delivery (running on Vercel infrastructure).
  • Cloudflare, content delivery network and security.
  • Google (Google Workspace), for our email.
  • OneCal (OneCal SHPK), for the online booking page used to schedule calls.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited), for website analytics (Google Analytics 4), subject to your consent.
  • Resend, email delivery, to send us the requests you submit through the form on our website.
  • Usercentrics (Cookiebot), to manage and record your cookie consent preferences.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

6. International data transfers

Some of the providers above may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact and booking data: for up to 24 months from our last interaction, after which it is deleted.
  • Technical and security logs: for shorter periods, according to the providers' standard retention.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@tegeo.health. We will respond within the timeframes set by the GDPR.

9. Complaints

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date shown at the top.
